STATEMENT BY THE PRESS SECRETARY
On Saturday, February 27, 2010, the President signed into law:
H.R. 3961, which provides a one year extension of several terrorist surveillance provisions included in the USA PATRIOT Act and the Intelligence Reform and Terrorism Prevention Act of 2004.
