Da alcuni anni scrivo pressoché solitario che la politica di sicurezza nazionale di Obama è identica a quella di George W. Bush, solo un po’ più, per semplificare, di destra. Ormai se ne sono accorti tutti.
Oggi Noah Feldman, professore di Legge ad Harvard, spiega perché Obama preferisce uccidere i terroristi anziché catturarli e metterli a Guantanamo come faceva Bush.
